STCW Medical First Aid

This course is designed for seafarers who are designated to provide medical first aid on board ship. This programme of training meets the requirements laid down in Regulation VI/4, paragraph 1 and section A-VI/4, paragraph 1 to 3 of the STCW Convention and Code 1978, as amended.Students will gain the essential knowledge and training to enable them to apply immediate first aid to an injured casualty and person suffering from illness on board.

First Aid at Work

Our classroom based three-day First Aid at Work (FAW) course conforms with HSE guidance and will provide a comprehensive set of practical skills needed by first aiders within most workplaces, and it is most suited to those working in high-risk environments, such as building sites or warehouses.The course has a blend on theoretical knowledge through lectures and group working along with practical skills through scenario-based exercises. The course is certificated and meets the standards required to help comply with Health and Safety (First aid) regulations.
